in the video i recorded i used proper face paints and paint pencils other things i demonstated were neon paint, eye shadow, glitter and lipstick. so far i have researched tradional clown make up and scatched out a couple of my own designs taking ideas from my research, whilst experimenting with designs i atempted to use a make up sponge this did not work because it was already caked with natural fondation so i used my figers instead this worked well the paint came up thickier/bold. at first i used water but leant in this process that face paints does not need much water otherwise it comes up to wattery and does not work. for the further details i used paint pencils ans eye shadow sponges, in this experiance i tried patterns such as stars, triangles, flowers, circles and freakals. i also tried the large clown lips with and without the circles on each end i also tried different types of designs for the lips. i tried the rainbow effect over the eye brows i thoguht this looked really good get to use loads of primary colours its fun looking and relates to kids the joy of a rainbow could even put a pot of gold on the end and have it on the side of the face. the rainbow was harder i had to make sure i put the rightt colours next to each other otherwise
